Our Business Management System supports this policy and complies with ISO 9001:2015 as well as customer-specific standards and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Performance metrics against customer satisfaction are used to measure the effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of our Business Management System. The management team reviews monthly performance against:

  •  Improvement in product line yield
  • On time delivery
  • Corrective action requests
  • Customer perception

The quality policy, objectives and targets are reviewed annually or as specific changes dictate, this is then communicated to all employees.
